About dogs and fishing...

This is not a report on the fishing boys so dont get worked up! I'm posting this out of shear disgust me and ryan were out on the upper and found a shoe box containing three puppies the little guys were still alive and were left with a big bag of dog food. That totaly ruiend my day i cant believe a person could do that. We flagged down a gvrd guy and he was gonna take em to the spca but we went after we were done and they wernt taken there.

NOT a fishing report here, responding to Casey's comment. Casey, did you do anything with the pups? Take them yourself to the SPCA or did you just leave them there? It's a sick friggin world when people do that, just cause they don't want to pay the $30 some odd bucks for spaying or neutering (ouch). I've seen guys at the Chehalis packing out their drowned dogs because they're STUPID enough to take them into the canyon with them. I ALWAYS left my girl at home when I went up there. Anyways, just had to respond to that comment you made...there are some REAL LOSERS on this planet and it gets worse all the time. Ladies and Gentlemen, when you go fiching at a river, leave your dogs at home, please.

When me and Casey found those dogs it looked like they hadn't been there more than 10 hours. They definately wouldn't have lasted too much longer with the shoe box wide open and it was pouring down rain. Two of the dogs were huddled together and the other was by himself in the other corner of the box. These 3 dogs couldn't have been more than a day or two old. They were about the size of a hamster. At first I had to study them to figure out what they were. Then after we completed another fishless day on the coquitlam we went to the spca where the gvrd person said he was going to take them and they weren't there. I wondering what he did with them?

Cody we gave them to what we think was a grvd guy he said he would take them to the s.p.c.a. but when we went to check on them a few hours later they told us that no one had brought in any puppies so we can only wonder.......

There is only one thing worse then seeing a drowned dog by a river with it's owner crying over it. That is seeing the 3 kids along with the dad standing by a river and crying over a dead dog. Makes you just want to slap him and tell him to give his head a shake. What was he thinking of. We saw it 2 summer's ago. The rope it was tied to wasn't long enough to let it drift down to shallow water and have a chance of getting out alive. Where was this family when the dog was swimming for its life?

That's rough, I've never seen anything like that happen and I hope I never do.
