these fish were likely Rainbow or cutts. Rainbow tend to look 'cleaner'
(more silvery), have a bit of blush along the lateral line. Rainbows
have distinct spots.
Cutts have larger mouths, (the maxiliaary extends past the eye)
the spots are more like splotches or ink drippings, perhaps a yellowy cast
and have the distinctive orange slash mark on the outisde bottom of their
gills. Coho smolt and par have orange fins and tails - very distinctive.
