Does anyone no where to get or look at a tide table for the best fishing times?

Yep, go to any marine shop and get a canadian tide and current tables. White book with green lettering. Or... You can look in the Vancouver Sun on second page. (weather). It gives today and tomorrow every day. I know saltwater tide reading, but not as sure how it works in accordance with uporiver streams of the fraser, maybe an hour or two delay? Chris

Is it best to hit the river just at high tide? Or say 30 misn after for lower section of the stave or vedder? How fast do the fish react to the highwater? Chris
