Is there any place to go fly fishing near Whistler in Dec. We are coming Skiiing and my husband hates to ski but loves to fish.

I think it's gonna be ice fishing around Whistler at that time. Perhaps a drive down to Vancouver or Squamish might produce some open water though.

there can be some good fishing for Bull Trout in the Squamish. The Birkenhead is also a possibility.

As Ralphh writes, the bull trout fishing can be really hot in December. I would suggest going out with a guide for at least the first day. Try Whistler Fishing Guides or Whistler Flyfishing, they are both very reputable guiding outfits. Good luck.
