Joined: Aug 2007 Heading to Merritt area the end of this month, and would like to find out what flies, type, size and colour would be best for the rainbow trout in Roche Lake. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Wayne ive fished roche a few times and chironomids will still work great.I usually get them on rootbeers and static bags(shiney grey).Ive also done REAL well at night using leaches.
