| Started in April of 2002, in sunny Sooke ,30 kms Southwest of Victoria , we are currently,36 members & 7 junior members strong and are very active in promoting fly fishing & tying with youth ,we have 365 days in which to fish, with a variety of fishing opportunities including ; rainbows , cutthroat & smallmouth bass, in lots of local lakes , searun cutthroat trout in river estuaries, Coho and Chinook at surrounding beaches, 3 major rivers that offer great salmon fishing for Chinooks, Chums & Cohos & winter / summer Steelhead . Our own Sooke river is Fly Fishing only , catch and release only |
