 My son created this fly that incorporates all the benefits of the common WOOLLY BUGGER. Only this fly is one of the top colors that steelhead as well as trout love.
Thread:6/0 black or blue
Hook: 3x long, this one is size#1, any size to suit the species you are after
Tail: flourescent blue marabou, light blue flash, and two lady amhearst medium feathers,
one on each side
Body: light blue chenille, blue or black saddle hackle palmered over body
Rib: 3 strands of flash, twisted and wrapped over palmered saddle hackle
Hackle:blue guinea
Bead:a blue
