PRINCEVILLE, Quebec, September 1st, 2009 - Pontoon boat luxury moves up another notch for 2010 with the introduction of Princecraft’s awesome triple-pontoon SVX 29 I/O. Larger, faster and equipped with more convenience features than ever, it highlights a lineup of about 30 different pontoon boats from the legendary aluminum boat builder.
Very popular in 2009 on other SVX models, the Fun Zone is still standard on the SVX 29 I/O.
Relax and enjoy life on this special rear platform, perfect for families and that includes: fullwidth fiberglass swim platform with three-step telescoping boarding ladder that makes reboarding easy for boaters of all ages, rear love seat-style seating, rear integrated speakers, and large pop-up privacy enclosure perfect for changing in-and-out of swimwear. Optional additions to the new SVX 29 I/O include a watertight radio remote control in stern area, a popup ski pole, a BBQ gas grill, and underwater lights that are ideal for night cruising. With ultra-plush upholstered, reclining helm seat with slide & swivel, twin forward chaise lounges and heavy-weight vinyl from the “Reflections Faux Leather” collection - plus removable padded woodgrain-trimmed armrests with cup holders - the SVX 29 I/O redefines pontoon boat seating comfort. The boat has a woodgrain stern removable snack table with drink holders, a large padded rear sundeck, walk-thru rear and port side gates with locking hinges, and has sturdy, 1 ¼-inch painted aluminum hand rails. The boat’s large raised helm console has a builtin cooler and galley area with sink, faucet and portable water tank (there’s another large galley with cooler at the stern. There’s a standard 200-watt Clarion AM/FM/CD system with remote control, complemented by four 6 ½-inch silver waterproof speakers. It has a USB port and is MP3, iPod and satellite radio compatible.
The SVX 29 I/O’s sleek, molded dash panel with woodgrain inserts has lighted switches, and
Mercury SmartCraftTM instrumentation. The helm has a smoked windscreen and features a
tilting sport steering wheel with power steering. A Lowrance® X-50 DS depth finder with water
temperature, electric horn and 12-volt receptacle are also included. Halogen docking lights are
flush-mounted in fiberglass bow sections with bumper racks. Navigation lights, console
courtesy light and floor mood lighting are also standard.
A new and exciting feature that boaters were waiting for is the SVX 29 I/O’s wakeboard towing
tower package with brushed anodized aluminum towing tower and sun top. Standard canvas
includes a deluxe convertible Bimini top with quick-release latches. A full or half camper
enclosure, a mooring cover, and a trailer cover are optional.
The floor area is marine pressure-treated wood covered with 32-oz. marine grade “Magnitude
Mocha” carpet or with optional vinyl flooring with snap-in carpet. The boat is available in a
choice of three high-style Mystic Edition color packages: Black with Black paneling, Abyss Blue
(new color for 2010) with blue paneling and Apache Red with red paneling.
The boat’s three full-length 25-inch diameter pontoons are made of 5052-H36 marine grade
alloy, the hardest and the finest available. They are constructed with multiple air-tight
chambers and are almost unsinkable. The pontoon has under-deck spray shield, full-length
extruded aluminum keels, full-length skirting and lifting strakes. Also standard is a large built-in
fuel system (208 L / 55 U.S.gal.) which comes with 3 storage compartments.

ventilated galley refrigerator, a Premium High Power / Sub Audio System and upgraded raised
rails. Other options include a bow refreshment table with sliding top and cooler, an inflatable
bow filler cushion, anti-skid vinyl floor covering, and snap-in carpet. Engine options include
many inboard Mercruiser motors up to a 375-horsepower version.
