Went and saw the beek show at lickman. seen 3 nice steelies cought all snagged. walked down to the brown road area and saw a wild doe dead in the rocks flipped her over to find a hook in her side and about 4 feet of leader. what a dam shame to see this going on.

Hit the vedder today, very cold conditions made it tough but guys were still hooking up. i managed one 8lb wild buck but it got too cold for me so i packed it up. most fish were wild today, looks like there are more wild fish coming in now than hatchery.

Stamp is low and clear, peach and orange wool cut in a small single egg pattern works well. All hatchery fish that I hooked and released at the request of stlhead...

Best year on the vedder 10 steelhead in the freezer tons of releses all on the fly we always fish out of 2 man pontoon boat its great amazing holes you find no steelysluts.

There is no public access to the glacier....it is where the septic flows and is probably a health risk at this point.

Mid river on vedder is fishable but the indian reserve gravel excavation is pushing mud into th creek making the river visibility less than 1ft below the crossing fisheries gotta do something bout that, Its not the muddy brown that will clear up: its the suspended silt that jus wont clear.

Fished Glacier a lot on Wed. Saw no steelhead, hooked no steelhead, saw no tracks in the mud from other fisherman, only the smell of septic weeping out of the bank behind
